On November 12, 2019, the legal merger of Eurobank Bulgaria AD (Postbank) and Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD (Piraeus Bank) took place and Postbank became a legal successor of Piraeus Bank, acquiring the entire property, rights and liabilities of Piraeus Bank, laid out in the lender’s contracts with clients.

On 18th of November 2019 the operational merger between the two institutions was successfully finalized. Changes in the provisions of the existing contracts, General Terms and Conditions, Tariffs and Interest Rate Bulletins, concerning Piraeus Bank’s clients, are enforced as of the Date of the operational merger.
